Privacy Policy
1. Overview and Our Commitment
At Pet in 3D, we respect your privacy and believe in total transparency. Our website is currently in a pre-launch waitlist status (we are not yet selling products or collecting payment details).
This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we collect through our waitlist signup form, where and how that information is stored, and how you can exercise full control or request permanent deletion at any time.
2. What Information We Collect
When you choose to submit our waitlist form, we only collect the specific details you provide:
| Data Field | Requirement | Purpose |

| Pet Type (Dog / Cat / Other) | Required | To help us prepare appropriate initial sculpting queue capacities. |
| Your Name | Optional | To personalize our correspondence with you. |
| Submission Timestamp | Automatic | To maintain your rightful priority order in the early-access reservation queue. |
We do not collect phone numbers, physical addresses, or financial payment details at this stage.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored (Cloudflare D1)
Your waitlist submission details are securely stored in a managed Cloudflare D1 relational database.
Cloudflare D1 provides encrypted, enterprise-grade storage with strict access controls. Only authorized system operators have access to this data, solely for the purpose of communicating launch milestones with you.
4. Purpose of Processing: Only Launch Notifications
We process your information strictly for one purpose:
- To alert you by email when Pet in 3D launches or opens reservation batches.
- To share important development milestones or solicit optional feedback from waitlist members.
We will never send unrelated commercial spam or third-party advertising.
5. We Never Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, monetize, trade, or share your email address, name, or pet preference with any third-party data brokers, marketing agencies, or advertisers under any circumstances.
6. Zero Tracking Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies, cross-site profiling cookies, or third-party behavioral advertising pixels on petin3d.com.
You can browse our website freely without being tracked across the web.
7. Delete on Request Anytime
You have full ownership and control over your data. You may request the permanent and complete deletion of your waitlist record at any time.
How to Request Immediate Deletion:
Simply email us at hello@petin3d.com from the email address you submitted with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will remove your record from our Cloudflare D1 database and confirm deletion.
